Jamshid Chalangi
Jamshid Chalangi was born on 4 April 1948 in the city of Masjed Soleyman. He has studied economics in Iran’s National University and a degree course in Cinema and Television at Iran’s School of Media Studies.
Chalangi began his career in journalism in 1967 by working for the weekly Khooshe magazine, whose editor at the time was the late renowned Iranian poet Ahmad Shamloo.
