A Window to the Fatherland

We begin tonight’s edition of A Window to the Fatherland with Dr. Alireza Nourizadeh reading one of his poems from the book of his collected works.

Dr. Alireza Nourizadeh:

We continue the program with reporting on the bloody confrontations in the Gaza during the last few days, which has only one person responsible for it and that is Ali Khamenei of Iran.

I was talking to Abu Mazen yesterday who is a man of peace and reconciliation and he as well as our colleague Amir Taheri both agreed that the Iranian regime is behind the flare up of bloodshed in Gaza.

Abu Maze said the Iranian regime has given 20 billion dollars to its Palestinian supporters to wage this war against Israel but they live in safe areas and it is the innocent Palestinians who become victims of the Israeli air attacks.

The regime in Iran has orchestrated this latest conflict to divert attention from its own nefarious acts in the region.

Now the US is sending an aircraft carrier strike group and a fleet of bombers to the Middle East in response to a “troubling and escalatory indications” of Iranian activity in the region.

John Bolton, the White House national security advisor, gave no details of the threats but said the deployment was “a clear and unmistakable message to the Iranian regime that any attack on US interests or on those of our allies will be met with unrelenting force”.

Shahrzad Mir Ghlikhani who uses to work in Iran’s national broadcasting organisation has now released a video clip in which she has disclosed how the Revolutionary Guards have been involved with the organisation in buying equipment for the crack down on anti government protestors.

The new chief judge Ebrahim Raisee has claimed that his mission is to end corruption in Iran. One needs to remind him that his own father in law in Mashad is the most corrupt figure in the establishment and our people will not be fooled by his lies.

At the end of the program we will listen to newly released speech by Ghassem Soleimani about the US military presence in the region.
