A Window to the Fatherland

We begin tonight’s edition of A Window to the Fatherland with Dr. Alireza Nourizadeh reading one of his poems from the book of his collected works.

Dr. Alireza Nourizadeh:

In tonight’s program we will pay tribute to the memories and lives of Iran’s superstar the late Mohammad Ali Fardin, the internationally renowned writer Sadegh Hedayat, recently deceased voice over artist Bahram Zand and poet-painter Ebrahim Jaffari.

We will continue the program with revisiting the execution of Iran’s former Prime Minister Amir Abbas Hoveyad with the direct order of ayatollah Khomeini, the most barbaric leader in Iranian history, at the hands of his psychopathic executioners ayatollahs Khalkhali and Hadi Ghafari on this day.

We will follow the program with listening to a poem reading by the jailed human rights activist, the lawyer Abdulfatah Soltani.

The resignation of the mayor of Tehran Dr. Najafi is still making headlines as the head of the Tehran Civic Counicl has announced that Najafi has written a letter to him saying that he is unable to fulfill his duties under the current circumstances, even though the Council has rejected his resignation.

Dr. Najafi has presented the Council with a letter form his doctors who have advised that he needs to undergo surgery for his medical condition and as such he is unfit to assume any public duties.

The Council has promised to reconsider Najafi’s resignation but as it is the case in the dictatorial regime of the Islamic republic, the final say on this matter rests with the big dictator Ali Khamenei, as Dr. Najafi is not just a Tehran mayor who does not think he can work within this corrupt system. He is an educated man who knows a lot about the deep-rooted corruption among the regime’s leadership and is a dangerous individual as far as the establishment is concerned.

We will also look at the free fall of thevalue of Iranian currency against the US dollars.

In the second part of the program we willanalyze Khamenei’s hypocritical warnings that the privacy of the Iranians must be respected as his regime is now planning to block the use of messaging program Telegram that is being used by more than 40 million Iranians.

It is quite obvious that this high number of users of this free social network presents a serious threat to the regime’s tyranny and it wants to filter the flow of free information among the population by banning it.

At the end of tonight’s program we will update you on the latest news of the Middle East region with a focus on theIsraeli missile attack on a Syrian airbase in response to Assad regime’s murderous chemical attack on his people.

Stay with us for this edition of A Window to the Fatherland and share it with your family and friends.
