The Names and Memoirs

Namha va Yadha (the Names and Memoirs) is presented by Mohammad Reza Shaheed with the objective of recording the memories of those individuals and decision makers who have either witnessed or played a role in the socio-political events that have shaped the contemporary history of Iran. Their first hand account of the people interviewed by Shaheed can then lead to a fair judgement of those involved in the making of modern Iran.

In this part 4 of the program Shaheed talks to the calligrapher, painter and human rights activist Hassan Makaremi who as a researcher also acts as the chairman of the department of strategic studies for modernisation of large industrial organisations at the Sorbonne University in France.
